Intro To Telemark 1 Day
This day lesson at Sugar Bowl Ski Resort is designed for advanced beginner to low intermediate skiers. We will cover skiing fundamentals including the ever so important balance and stance, wedge turns, wedge christies and basic telemark turns on comfortable, gentle slopes.
We will cover the most important skiing fundamentals to have you become the best telemark skier you can possibly be. Our instructors will use a series of clever excercises that have evolved over 30 years of teaching telemark skiing.

- Stance
- Balance
- Wedge turns
- Wedge christies
- The telemark position
- Telemark lead change
- Telemark turns from a wedge
- Linked telemark turns
Cost: $140 without Lift Pass
